Return & Refund policy

At Slovers Foundation, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and integrity in all our operations. All donations made to support our program and initiatives are deeply appreciated and are used strictly for charitable purposes.

Because donations are not payments for goods or services, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can happen. This policy explains the limited conditions under which a donor may request a refund.

Donation Refunds

Slovers Foundation may issue a refund only under the following conditions:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount).
  • The donor did not authorize the transaction.
  • There was a technical error on our website or payment platform.
  • The donor contacts us within 7 days of making the donation.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original donation.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the donor’s bank or payment provider.
  • Transaction or processing fees charged by payment partners may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Donations

Slovers Foundation cannot issue refunds for:

  • Donations older than 7 days
  • Donations already allocated to a program or project
  • Donations made during fundraising events, campaigns, or special appeals
  • Donor-initiated errors not reported within the refund window

Recurring Donations

For recurring monthly donors:

  • You may cancel future recurring donations at any time by contacting us.
  • Refunds for previously processed recurring donations follow the same conditions in Section 1.

Goods & Services

Slovers Foundation does not offer physical product sales through donation pages.
Therefore, returns do not apply.

If the organization sells merchandise separately (e.g., T-shirts, books), those items will have their own return policy (handled independently from donations).
